Barium & Chemicals, Inc. was originally organized in 1916 as the J.H.R. Products Company to produce Barium Peroxide for the subsequent manufacture of Hydrogen Peroxide. The plant was located at Willoughby, Ohio, which is approximately 20 miles east of Cleveland.
