Interferm
The origin of Interferm AG goes back to Interchemie AG and Opopharma AG, both Companies founded in the early 40抯 and active in the distribution of products for the pharmaceutical-, food- and feed industry.
In 1990 Interchemie AG merged with the Agro-Department of Opopharma AG under the Holding of Mineral-Chemie AG, an established supplier of chemical specialties to the Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry, into Interferm AG.
In 1993 Mineral-Chemie AG acquired the shares of SINTCO AG, another distributor of several animal feed additives.
In 1997 the Management of Interferm AG and Mineral-Chemie AG acquired 100% of the Shares of the Company including the full operational business in chemical trading of Mineral-Chemie AG and the business of Sintco AG.
