牋牋EFKA Additives is one of the world's leading companies producing additives for the coatings, graphic arts and plastics industries. It has been active in this field since 1983. Rapid growth has led to fast expansion of the company. In 2001, Ciba Specialty Chemicals, a Swiss company, acquired EFKA Additives. Within the Coatings Effects Segment of Ciba SC, EFKA functions as a stand-alone company.

牋牋EFKA's expertise lies in the incorporation and stabilization of solids in liquids, and in the development of products which influence surface tension. The development, production and commercialization of these additives to the coatings industry is EFKA's core business.
