CO.VE. was founded in 1986 by a team of highly professional confectioners, whose long experience in dealing with clients and their problems ensures first class service. CO.VE.'s aim is to make the art of cake decoration easier for confectioners (clients) by providing innovative products. The company produces food colouring in liquid, powder, paste and liposoluble forms; gold and silver in powder and spray form, pastes for tableaux and decorations, mouldable chocolate, alimentary laquer, sliding and surface oil for food use, fast cold spray , flavourings and all that is necessary to improve the presentation and appearance of cakes and sweets. CO.VE. guarantees the use of materials of the highest quality, observing the security regulations of the H.A.C.C.P. and following E.E.C. directives.
