The company was registered legally in October 2001, and the ground preparation in a land with an ara of 90,000 m2located in heavy industries site of special economical petrochemical zone was started.According to the master plans and the contract with a foreign contracting party, three separate units have been considered for the complex as following:
1- Pentaerythritol Unit2- Formaldehyde Unit3- Acetaldehyde Unitd, graduated in science.
