    The first company of the KEDIACHEM GROUP was incorporated on August 8, 1977 as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956 and was converted into Public Limited company on 30th June 1994. The company went public in September 1994 with a paid up capital of Rs. 5.47 Crores (US$1.3 Million). The registered office of the company is located at Nariman Point, Mumbai. The KEDIACHEM group employs a total of 80 people. The group has two manufacturing units located at Thane-Belapur Road, Turbhe, (Near Mumbai) and at Vapi, Gujarat (200 k.m. from Mumbai).

    The KEDIACHEM GROUP was formed with the objective to manufacture and market organic chemicals and commenced commercial production in the year 1984. After establishing itself in the industry, the company diversified/ expanded into manufacturing pharmaceutical intermediates, organic intermediates and chemicals for leather.

    The company has been consolidating its position in this segment of the market and today is an established supplier of pesticide intermediates, pharmaceutical and organic intermediates, the customer being, bulk drug manufacturers and manufacturers of leather chemicals.
