Hubei Tiangongwu New Materials Technology Limited Liability Company is a high-tech enterprise that is specialized scientific research, development, production and sale of ultra-fine and nano-powder functional new materials. At present, our company has totally invested RMB150 million yuan to found 'ultra-fine and nano-powder functional new materials-barium sulfate powder industrialization implementation project'. Our company carries out 'producing, studying and research' cooperation with universities and colleges to realize deep processing and development of new products and the enhancing of our products by the full use of their research & development technology strength. We have achieved breakthrough of the combination of new material field and product structure technology. Our company is with strong scientific research transfer ability, and scale efficient production capacity.

Our company does mining and deep processing of Barite to transfer resource superiority into economic advantages. At present, we have 15 high quality Barite mines and have gained mining right. The ore is with high quality in purity (above 99%) and whiteness (above 95%). We also have high addictive value blue ore that is full of rare element as strontium. All these guarantee the resource basis of company development.

Our company tightly cooperates with Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University and China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and gets powerful supports of many professors in these two organizations. We have scientific normative production technology and high automatic process and we use four international inventions patents. The main production equipment, which is designed according to technological process required by our designing team, reaches the international advanced level.Together with Yangtze Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University and China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), our company founds 'Delta Region Institute of Tsinghua University & Hubei Tiangongwu New Materials Research Center' and 'China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) New materials Research base'. Many experts and professors work in our company’s research center to develop new products and provide guidance, which promote the serialization, functionalization, structuralization and internationalization of our products. We have highly qualified human resource and efficient work team including 165 employees, 8 of them are executive professional officer and CFO, over 60 senior engineers and technical experts, high-level marketing team.

Our company has 50,000 tons annual production capacity with 5 series of main products as ultra-fine barium sulfate, ultra-fine active barium sulfate powder, ultra-fine functional barium sulfate powder, submicron multiple functionalized addictive and functional titanium dioxide. Products are widely used in fields as high-grade plastics, high-grade paint, papermaking, daily chemical, pharmaceutical chemical, engineering plastic and aerospace plastics.
