Schaefer Kalk Calcium Carbonate (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd.

Located in the north of Hangzhou city (at the bank side of West Lake), Schaefer Kalk Calcium Carbonate (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture founded in 2005. As a shareholding subsidiary of Schaefer Kalk GmbH & Co. KG in China, we now mainly produce Light Calcium Carbonate products as the substitutes of imported products, which are used as the main fillers of high-end cigarette papers. Up to now, Schaefer Kalk Calcium Carbonate (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. has established friendly cooperative relationships with the leading companies and enterprises in China and other counties in the fields of cigarette paper and other special papers. To ensure the stability of products’performances, we have made a lot of efforts: First, we introduced the latest equipments, including kiln of SAIME, filter press from LAROX, ATRITOR drying system and PLC system. Second, all the technologies and manufacturing methods are provided by our parent company of Germany; Third, all the inspection facilities in our lab are manufactured by SEDIGRAPH. Therefore, the quality and technical indexes of our products are better than the requirements of pharmacopoeias of EU and USA.
