Located at Xiba Road in Zhangdian district, Zibo city, Zibo Fumin Chemical Equipment Co., Ltd. enjoys good location and convenient traffic for we are close to national highway 309 and Jiqing expressway.

Following the market demands, Fumin is established on the local advantages on the production of glass lining equipment. To make a good management system and produce quality products, we started to build QA system and execute related managing and technical standards since our foundation. We strive for customers' satisfactions by offering them quality products.

With the manufacturing and designing licenses of D1, D2-level pressure vessels, we now mainly produce K type and F type glass lining reaction vessels, storage vessels, gauge pots, all specifications of PTFE pipes, pipe fitting and glass lining parts, etc.

There are chemical equipment manufacturing plant and PTFE equipment manufacturing plant in Fumin, and we have complete organization structure, including Management section, Technical section, Quality inspection section, Production section, documentary Room, chief engineer office, Finance section, welding shop, enamelling plant, machine repair shop, welding material level-1 warehouse, welding material level-2 warehouse and welding test room, etc. We own complete files of quality system, and renewed standards and regulations, thus we are about to use the latest documents; there are skilled and enough staffs in the positions of QA system too, and establish relative quality-goal responsibilities. There are 130 employees, 34 of them are technicians (4 are senior engineers, 12 have the medium titles and 18 are assistant engineers); moreover, we have 31 skilled workers. There are complete equipments and leading technologies, including 2 submerged arc automatic welders, 2 auto-adjusting supporting rollers, and 20 sets of welding machines (manual arc welding machine, argon welder and CO2 shield welding machine), 2 lapping machines, over 10 sets of welding accessory equipments (roller carrier), drying machines of welding materials, dehumidifier and more than 30 sets of mechanical processing equipments. With a fixed asset of CNY 12.80 millions, we annually can produce more than 5,000 tons of glass lining equipments and sell over CNY 50 millions of products. We target is to sell CNY 55 millions of products in 2011.
