The Company was founded in 2002,presently covers an area of 130,000 square meters,and its registered capital is 48.88 million yuan RMB.The Company’s existing assets is worth 130 million yuan RMB, with annual sales of 200 million yuan RMB, and annual profit payments and tax turnover of 56 million yuan RMB.

The Company not only has a production line with annual capacity of fine aliphatic acid of 40,000 tons, but also has a production line with annual capacity of dimer acid and polyamide resin of 10,000 tons.Its yearly output is distillation oleic acid of 23,000 tons, XS type stearic acid of 7,000 tons, dimer acid and polyamide resin of 10,000 tons, and plant asphalt of 10,000 tons. The brand "RongLin" was registered by the State Administration of Trademarks in 2005,and the products sold throughout the 18 provinces and cities, and exported to European and American markets.The fine fatty acid series products researched and developed by the Company were listed on the“Spark Plan”of State Ministry of Science and Technology in 2004. The product of light color purity dimer acid in 2006 was assessed as provincial high-tech product by Jiangsu Science and Technology Bureau,and in 2007 was listed as Jiangsu Torch Program Project.
