Jiangsu Zhongke Jinlong-cas Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2003, with the registered capital of 56.54 million Yuan RMB. It is situated in Xiqiao Industrial Park, Huangqiao Town, Taixing City, Jiangsu, China, which is the city of gingko. The company covers about 80mu, and it is a high-tech enterprise engaged in the comprehensive utilization of waste carbon dioxide.
For more than ten years, the company has invested a lot of money in researching and developing the utilization of carbon dioxide and in the preparation of new materials. The company has established engineering and technological research center of carbon dioxide, and it has attracted several masters, doctors in high polymer material and chemical. At present, the company has more than 20 kinds of advanced inspection equipments. Moreover, the company has established favorable cooperation relationships with Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ningbo Institute of Industrial Technology, CAS, School of Material and Mechanical Engineering, Beijing Technology and Business University. Zhongke Jinlong-cas Chemical Co., Ltd. is the earliest owner of 10 thousand tons full biodegradable CO2-based resin production line, more over, it also owns complete, original intellectual propeties of the production line, including catalysts preparation, polymerization technique, reaction (production) device and other more than 10 inventional patents.
1. Waterborne polyurethane emulsion developed in 2014
It is polyurethane system in which the dispersion medium takes the place of solvent. It has low VOC, and is free of free-NCO. It is waterborne polyurethane resin, which is made of compound polycarbonate polyols, and it has features such as good water resistance, high hardness, scruff resistance, film formation at normal temperature, long shelf life, high performance cost ratio, etc. At present, the product has been widely used in wood lacquer, metal paint, glass paint, ABS plastic paint, leather coating, water-based ink, and other fields.
2. CO2-based high flame retardant thermal insulation material
Tested by National Fire Test Center of China, its flame retardance can meet the standard B1, and it is the organic thermal material with the most excellent flame retardance performance. If laminated with double-side inorganic protective layer, its flame retardance can meet the standard A. The material can be used in the thermal insulation, flame retardance of buildings, in thermal insulation in petrochemical, coal, electricity, water, pipeline, and other fields. The technology of CO2 based resin project has passed the authentication of SEPA (State Environmental Protection Administration) for technical achievements, and has obtained a number of honors, including, third prize of China for environmental protection, Certification of National Torch Plan Project, Key and New Product of China, High-tech Product of Jiangsu Province, etc.
3. CO2-based film grade thermoplastic elastomer TPU
It is thermoplastic elastomer TPU, which is synthesized by CO2 based polyhydric alcohols. It is made of our poly (propylene carbonate) polyols, MDI, and BDO, and it has excellent impact strength and high hardness, favorable printing performance and adhesive property.
4. Poly (propylene carbonate) polyols
It is a loop reactor, which is manufactured by copolymerizing industrial waste gas CO2 and epoxy propane by unique catalyst. Poly (propylene carbonate) polyols is one of the main raw materials for polyester type polyurethane. It can be widely used in CPU, TPU polyurethane elastomer, one-component and multi-component polyurethane adhesive, synthetic leather resin, polyurethane resin for shoes, and other products. It can partially take the place of PTMEG and PCDL.
At present, the company has established full biodegradable CO2 based resin production line with the annual output of 50,000 tons. We expect that full biodegradable CO2 based resin production line with the annual output of 100,000 tons, waterborne polyurethane emulsion production line with the annual output of 5,000 tons, and PBSPPC-TPU production line with the annual output of 2,000 tons will be established in 2015.
