The headquarters of the Group is located in Qingdao. It has several production bases in Zhucheng (in Shandong Province), Weifang (in Shandong Province), Mianyang (in Sichuan Province), Haikou (in Hainan Province) and Shunyi (in Beijing) respectively. It has technology R&D centers both in Beijing and Qingdao and fully owns such five subsidiary companies as Qingdao Sinder Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd, Sichuan Huaxi Veterinary Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd, Weifang Sinder Biological Technology Co., Ltd, Hainan Sinder Nanzhu Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd, Qingdao Huahui Enterprise Management Consultants Co., Ltd, and has one holding subsidiary company, Beijing Sinder Weite Technology Co., Ltd.

At present the R&D center of Sinder Technology Group has over 20 doctors and masters, it keeps ahead in domestic research and development fields of veterinary medicine preparation, micro-ecological preparations, super-micronization of Chinese traditional medicine, ocean active material, feed additive, and biology products etc, such projects as ocean active material, anti-microbial peptide and so on are leading in the world. It owns several state-level new veterinary medicine and new feed additive. In 2003, Shandong Sinder was recognized as National High-tech Enterprise by Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China. It is the first National High-tech Enterprise in this industry. The post-doctor workstation of scientific research was set in Qingdao Sinder R&D center in the year 2005.
