Founded in 2000, Wuyi Ziqiang Chemical Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of Chlorinated paraffin and Hydrochloric acid, with a land of 16,000sqm, the annual outputs of 4,000 tons of Chlorinated paraffin-52, 6,000 tons of Hydrochloric acid and 4,000 tons of sodium hypochlorite, one Chlorinated paraffin plant, one Hydrochloric acid plant and one sodium hypochlorite plant. With the improvement and innovation of technologies, we have improved our products greatly and become a leading company in this trade. Through adopting the heat chlorination process, we have solved the pollution problem, thus our production now are pollution-free and harmless to the environment. The process just likes following: we gasify the liquid chlorine, which is sent to reaction kettle to react with heavy paraffin oil in heating condition, and we get the Chlorinated paraffin -52. The left hydrogen chloride gas is sent to Hydrochloric acid plant and reacts with water, and then we get Hydrochloric acid as the by-product. Finally, the rest of chlorine is sent to third working procedure and react with water and alkali, and then we produce sodium hypochlorite. All the tail gas is made into products. We were founded as Wuyi organic factory before.

Now, Ziqiang has 37 employees, 2 of them are engineers, 3 have medium technical titles, 4 are managers and 2 person are in charge of safe production. Our factory building are designed and built by licensed construction company. We enjoy safe production surrounding.

Ziqiang is always concerned about the safe production and management, we lay great stresses on the importance of production security and human抯 lives. According to the security laws (Safe production law) and regulations, Ziqiang has installed a complete functional management system, which is consisted of our leaders, security office, production office, plants and work groups. Through clarifying the functions of safe production, installing complete management system, checking and maintaining the equipment on schedule, training relative operators, adopting proper facilities and method and the concerning of our leaders, Ziqiang has become a accident-free enterprise for past 5 years.
