According to the requirement of CNPC about the separation of main business and auxiliary activities and reforming plan of Jilin chemical group, Liaoyuan Fuyang Chemicals Co., Ltd. was founded on the basis of former Jilin chemical group Liaoyuan petrochemical factory, Jilin chemical group Liaoyuan petrochemical auxiliary factory, Jilin chemical group Liaoyuan organic chemical factory and Jilin chemical group Liaoyuan No.1 chemical factory, with 260 employees(50 technicians, 20 have senior or medium titles), RMB 27.50 million of fixed assets and RMB 15 million of current assets.

Equipped with 4 sets of leading apparatus, we now can annually produce 5,000 tons of CLT acid, 3,000 tons of Oil field auxiliary, 1,500 tons of oil cleaning agent and 1,500 tons of Triethanolamine. Our demulsifier get the second prize in the first industrial inspection of China in 1986. In 1987, Triethanolamine was approved as quality product of Jilin province and CLT acid was approved as quality product of Jilin province in 1989. Our products are widely used in oil field, refinery and pigment industry, etc. We got the I/E license in 2002, our products now are well sold in Southeast Asia, EU, America, The Middle East, and so on. In 2003, we became an ISO9001:2000 approved company and got several international certificates.
