The institute is located in Linyi city, which is the largest commodity-distributing center in the north of the Changjiang River. The city is close to Beijing-Shanghai Expressway and Ri-Xin Expressway as well as Yan-Shi Railway and Jiao-Xin Railway, the air flights from Linyi Airport can straightly reach many medium-to-large-sized domestic cities. And the city is less than 50km away from Rizhao Port. It has formed a "Golden Delta" with Ji'nan and Qingdao, and thus enjoys very advantageous commercial and geographical conditions.
