Wudi Seastar Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd is a sole subsidiary of Shandong Lubei Enterprises Corporation. Our company is located near Huanghua, a major mineral-handling port in the Bohai Sea region in North China. Currently we have 350-odd employees, including 58 engineers and technicians.

We are one of the largest titanium dioxide manufacturers in China. We have a 15,000T/A sulfuric-acid-method titanium dioxide plant, equipped with a 50,000T/Aφ388m kiln - the largest one in China.

The Hualu Brand anatase titanium dioxide we offer has high chemical stability, even particle size distribution, and excellent tinting strength. It is well accepted by customers in more than 20 provinces across China and widely used as pigment and filling in coating, rubber, paper, plastic, printing ink and other related products.

Besides titanium dioxide, we offer Hualu Brand ferrous sulfate heptahydrate which is highly pure and suitable for use in manufacture of magnetic iron oxide and as flocculant, disinfectant, iron supplement, etc.

We have complete quality control systems. Our team of QC engineers employ advanced analytical instruments in QC tests to make sure all products meet the stringent standards we set.

Apart from our regular product range, we also provide custom and toll manufacture services.
