Located in the Dongying city in Yellow River Delta, in the middle of the China second largest oil field--Shengli Oil Field, Shandong Deshi Chemical Co.,Ltd. is an enterprise encompassing research, development, production and sale of surface active agents. Our enterprise's yearly production capacity has reached 10,000t. In August of 2004, our company received certificate of ISO9001 quality system certification of Beijing New Century Certification Center of Quality System.

Our company has internationally advanced large-scale polyreaction plant, membrane type nitrogen making machine group and advanced product quality testing equipment. There are more than 300 kinds of products in seven series in our company. Main products include crude oil emulsion breaker series, agricultural emulsifier and polyether glycol etc.. On February 9 of 2004, our company established Dongying Engineering Technology Research Center of Colloid and Surface Chemistry with the cooperation of Xi'an Petroleum University and Technological Park of Petroleum University.
