Golden-Shell Biochemical Co.,Ltd. which founded in 1994, is the largest enterprise in the line of chitin and its ramifications. The area of our company has 20 thousand square meters with fixed assets of more than 60 million RMB. in cadre there are six production lines such as Glucosamine, Chitosan, Chitosanase and Oligosaccharide etc, having workshops and Inspection & Testing Center under GMP standard. meanwhile passed ISO9001 Quality Management System in 2002 and ISO22000:2005 (HACCP) the food safety management system in Aug. 2009. Our Co. is entitled with“New & High-Tech Enterprise of Zhejiang Province”,“Leading Agriculture Enterprise of Zhejiang Province”.

Our brand“Golden-Shell”has been certified by Administrative Bureau of Industry and Commerce of Zhejiang Province as“Famous Brand of Zhejiang Province”and has been applied for registration in Madrid System. Our products series have won golden medal of Zhejiang Province achieving more than 100 million RMB sales per year for 5 years continually and been sold to more than 30 countries.In recent years, we combine many scientific researches and academies, set up“Cooperative R&D Lab of Chitin”and "Provincial High-Tech R&D Center". We developed independently more than 30 new products such as high-density chitosan, special molecular weight chitosan, analogous hyaluronic acid chitosan, 2-deoxy-d-glucose, chitosanase, and oligosaccharide etc. Our Co. applied for nine national patents, developed one nationally new and 7 provincially high-tech products and won second prize of scientific progress (Xinghuo) in Zhejiang.

We are now developing health products of glucosamine and oligosaccharide, high-grade skincare soap of chitosan, high-grade cosmetics of analogous hyaluronic acid chitosan and bio-agriculture products.
