Luan Jietonda Chemical Co., Ltd. is a private scientific and technological enterprise established in 1990 and specialized in developing, manufacturing and marketing powder coating additives. The company holds some standard production lines and a specialized R & D center. The R & D center holds a R & D team led by some senior experts on powder coating additives from Anhui Research Institute of Chemical Industry. And the center is equipped with fairly self-contained modern equipments and precise instruments for new product developing and quality controlling as well. In November, 2003, Jietonda passed ISO9001-2000 certification.
