Established in May 2003, Zhejiang AMP International Co., Ltd. is founded on the basis of No.1 import and export department (specializing in the trade of high-end chemical fertilizers) of Zhejiang AMP Incorporation, with a registered capital of CNY 140 million. Based both on domestic and international markets, taking the important ports of China as base point, and taking the advantages of our company of coordinating transportation among harbors and ports, we now are a comprehensive enterprise, with bulk trade of fertilizers and chemicals, business of hi-tech fertilizers and capital investment operation as main activities. There are more than 10 subsidiaries and business offices around China, and we sold our products in over 20 provinces and cities of China. AS one of top seller in agricultural material industry of China, we sold about CNY 4 billion of products in 2011.
We have established cooperative relationships with major fertilizer enterprises and companies in the world, including Israel ICL, Belarusian Potash Company, Transammonia, Tianyuan Agrochemicals, SDIC Xinjiang Luobupo Potash Co., Ltd., Middle Peasants, Sinochem, Yihua and Yuntianhua, etc. Our company is a key distributor of ICL in China, the biggest distributor in China for Russia potassium sulfate, core distributor of Lop Nor potassium sulfate in the east of China, and sole strategic partner of ICL hi-tech fertilizers such as ICL water soluble fertilizer, etc.
We successfully obtained the distribution rights of some famous companies in 2011, including the "Yiduobao" of Agrium, and Everris slow-control-release fertilizer in the east of China. Thus, we now provide more hi-end import fertilizers for you to choose.
The main activities of our company are the business of chemical fertilizer and chemical materials; through offering technical promotion and product distribution of hi-tech new fertilizers, we strive to meet the demands of modern agriculture. Following the investment strategy of AMP group, we use several tools (share right, industry, funds and bank financing) to play our roles in the whole operation of group for capital investment.
