The process of drying poly aluminum chloride by centrifugal sprayer is as following: mother liquor of poly aluminum chloride is atomized into minimal for fog drip by centrifugal atomizer at the top of drying tower, and then granular products can be formed after drip being dried.?
Product characteristics:
This product is suitable for purifying drinking water, city water supply and industrial water supply with advantages of fine powder, even granular, readily soluble in water, excellent flocculent effects, stable and effective purification process, low throwing quantities and cost, etc.?
Main indexes of poly aluminum chloride:?
Al2O3:?during the spray drying process, the centrifuge evenly sprays mother liquor in the drying tower. Therefore, the content of Al2O3 being stable and uniform can be easily controlled within the index range, as a result, it strengthens adsorption capacity of colloidal particles and achieves effects of coacervation and flocculation. Other drying methods don’t bear the above advantages.
Alkalized degree:When implementing water treatment, alkalized degree (polymerization degree) directly influences the purification effect, so we adopt spray drying process for raising the polymerization degree of products on the basis of keeping the original activity of mother liquor, meanwhile, we are able to duly adjust the alkalized degree in conformity with different water quality. However, using tumble drying method easily damaged polymerization degree leading to small alkalized degree separation, which is only available for a few water qualities.
Water-in soluble:?we can keep solid water-insoluble m/m below 0.3% and liquid water-insoluble below 0.1% applying plate and frame filter press technology to guarantee use’s pipes unobstructed and lift utilization rate of drugs, but using natural precipitation method can not realize the above purposes.
