KIN-APP100 is improved, but not contains anti-dripping agent. With acid source, gas source and carbon source, KIN-APP100 takes effect by char formation and intumescent mechanism. PP with KIN-APP100 can pass the tests of UL94-V0 (0.75mm), 70×168 hrs waterοC-immersion (UL746C) and 960 οCGWFI. Wires and cable sheaths with KIN-APP100 reach the standard of VW-1. Moreover, they have passed UL certification of US and have been free from the restrictions of RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC approved by the EU and the Council. The products with KIN-APP100 have the characteristics as low density, smooth appearance, lower smoke generation and less mold corrosion.
ADVANTAGES:
1. The appearance of PP with KIN-APP100 will be brighter.
2. The appearance of PE, EVA, PE/EVA or PP/SEBS with KIN-APP100 will be smoother.
