Molecular weight: 380.12 Quality of Standard: HG/T2517-93 Character of Na3PO4.12H2O: Na3PO4.12H2O is colorless or white crystallization. Relative density is 1.61(20centigrate). It dissolves in water, and its watery solution assumes strong alkalescence. Meanwhile, it can not dissolve in ethanol and carbon dioxide. When it is heated up to 100 centigrade losing 11 crystals water and become Na3PO4.H2O. When it is heated up to 212 centigrade, it comes the anhydrous Na3PO4.12H2O. I t is easy to airslake in dry air. Its watery solution has the certain corrosive to skin. Usage:In chemical, spinning, weaving, printing, papermaking and electricity generation industry, it serves as the water softener and wash, the detergent, the boiler scale inhibitor, the water softener in paper dyes, the production glazed paper with the adhesive sour alkalinity buffer, the solid stain in printing and the silk cotton intensifier. In metallurgy industry, it serves as chemistry degreasing, the decontamination, and the metal corrosion inhibitor or against rust, and serves as dissolubility helper, and decolorant in enamel industry. In leather making industry, it serves as the rawhide degreasing, and escapes the mucus. In the photography development solution, it serves as the fine promoter. It also serves as tooth cleanser and bottle detergent and sweet clarifier. Packing, Storage and Transportation: The packing and stores use the inside lining polyethylene plastic bag, and weave outside, each bag of net weight is 50kg or 25kg. On the packing, it should have “avoids being heated” and “moisture- proof” and so on the sign. It should be stored in shady, ventilated, dry depot, and far from the drug. When loading and unloading, it wants care, prevented the packing damages. |
