Series: Metallocene catalyst Production introduce: TH-5 is metallocene catalyst s with A,B and C series, equivalent to Univation XCAT TM catalysts of Unipol gas phase polymerization process for producing PE resin of full range density. TH-5A is equivalent to U nivation XCAT TM HP-100 metallocene catalyst. It can produce same resin as Exceed mPE with excellent impact strength and toughness, falling dart impact, optical properties and heat sealing performance . TH-5B is equivalent to Univation XCAT TM VPR catalyst. It can produce mPE with Melt index of 0.5 ~ 100g/10min a nd density of 0.905 ~ 0.954g/cm 3 for film, pipe, rotomolding and injection molding applications with excellent mechanical properties and processing performance. TH-5C is equivalent to U nivation XCAT TM EZ-100 metallocene catalyst. It can produce same resin as Enable mPE . Characteristics: M edium activ ity (5000 ~ 10000kgPE/kgCAT) ,capable for condensing mode Little static, no agglomeration, long operation cycle Excellent mechanical and optical properties, good heat sealing performance Dry resin, little fines , good fluidized state Resin grades and applications
