Application
PTFE-SAN and PTFE-MMA is an anti-dripping additive for the flame retardant plastics formulation. However, PTFE is inferior to the handling performance and the appearances of molding because that PTFE don't have enough dispersibility in the flame retardant plastics formulation.
PTFE-SAN and PTFE-MMA is an anti-dripping additive for the thermoplastics which developed to solve the problem of PTFE. PTFE-SAN and PTFE-MMA is PTFE modified by SAN or MMA, and the following features are possessed. PTFE:SAN= 7:3 or 1:1 (wt%), PTFE:MMA= 7:3 or 1:1 (wt%) PTFE-SAN and PTFE-MMA is being popular used for PC/ABS , PPO, PBT, ABS, HIPS, PP with dosage range from 0.1%~0.5%.
