Chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)is a high molecular elastomeric material that is chlorinated by HDPE. It is white powder and innocuous. It has excellent anti-flaming, weatherability, lower-temperature flexibility and impact strength, etc. It can be blended with other plastics , mainly used as PVC impact modifier. Feature: High molecular weight;Good mechanical and physical properties;Great compatibility with PVC; Excellent normal/low temperature impact strength due to formed 3D network structure in the correct processing conditions; Commonly used as modifier plastic products or semi-finished plastics. Use: Mainly used in the manufacture of PVC window profiles,fence,board,housing folding board,wall panel,foam board,and U-PVC pipes. Quality specification:
Storage & transportation: Kept in dry and ventilating place, avoid moisture, insolation and fire. No mix with other chemicals. Packing: PP woven bag. net wt 25kg or 650kg. |
