• Product description :

  Physical and chemical properties Coal tar pitch is a black solid consist of fused ring aromatic hydrocarbons and macromolecular resin, at a certain temperature, it will be solidified into a brittle solid with shell-like fracture. It will melt in a certain range of melting points, but it has no definite melting point. Coal tar pitch has no thermal effect when solidified. Its flash point is 204.4°C , and its boiling point is no higher than 470°C . Melting point is between 100-200°C. Density is around 1.25-1.35g/cm3.
