  Food industry used in : dairy products ( milk product), fruit juice, chocolate, drink, instant noodles, ice cream, can, frozen food, bread, cake, etc.
   
  Industrial used in : toothpaste, detergent, ceramics, textiles, coating, cosmetic, pharmacy, papermaking, tobacco, fodder, oil-drilling,etc.
   
  Function and application :  
  1. In the food industry, as the thickener, stabilizer, dispersing agent, incremental agent and suspending agent.
  In dairy product, fruit juice, chocolate, drink and yogurt as the stability of dispersant.
  2. In the pharmaceutical, as the emulsion stabilizer of the injection, adhesive and film-forming agent of the troche. 
  3. In the detergent, CMC serve as anti-redeposition agent.
  4. In the oil-drilling, CMC as the mud stabilizer, water-retaining agents. 
  5. In the textile industry, CMC as the sizing agent, thickeners of the printing paste.
  6. In the coating, as the anti-settling agent, emulgator, dispersing agent, adhesive, flatting agent.
  7. In the papermaking, used as paper sizing agent, to improve the oil resistance, absorbency, water resistance of paper.
  8. In the cosmetic, CMC as the hydrosol.
  9. In the ceramics, used for enamel adhesive and thickener.
  10. In fodder and veterinary products, as the active particles suspending agent.
