  4-in-1 multifunctional scouring agent gives high performance of scouring, dispersing, emulsification, and chelating. used for pretreatment of cellulose fabrics, it is replacement of caustic soda, penetrating agent, scouring agent, and hydrogen peroxide stabilizer.
