  Highly-concentrated formaldehyde-free fixing agent is a kind of cationic polyamine based product, it can improve the washing-fastness and rubbing-fastness of dyes on fabrics. 1. Poperties 1. eco product, formaldehyde-free. 2. improve washing-fastness and rubbing-fastness after fixing finishing. 3. no influence to brilliance and shade of colors. 2. Specifications 1. Appearance: pale yellow transparent liquid 2. Ionicity: cationic 3. PH value: 6.0-7.5 (1% solution) 4. Solubility: easily diluted in water by any percentage. 5. Activity content: 80% min. 3. Application 1. usage: for fixing treatment to reactive dyes, direct dyes, sulphur dyes, and acid dyes. 2. how to use: it can be diluted into 3-5 times by water. The dilution is the commercial product used in the market. Immersion method: fixing agent dilution 1-3% (o.w.f.) Bath ratio 1:10-20 PH value 5.0-7.0 40-60℃， 20-30 minutes. Dip padding: fixing agent dilution 5-20 g/L remark: it cannot be used with anionic auxiliary in one bath at same time. 3. Packing In 50kg or 120kg plastic drums. 4. Storage In cool and dry condition, storage period is within a year.
