  The cutting fluid, coolant is a kind of industrial liquid used in cooling and lubricating cutting tools and machining parts in metal cutting and grinding process.

  We have developed a new type of highly efficient and stable green cutting fluid.

  It consists of several additives. Meanwhile, it posses the characteristics of perfect cooling performance, lubricity, anti-rust performance, degreasing performance, anti-corrosion features and easy dilution. It is a kind of general purpose cutting fluid.

  Our Green highly-efficient cutting fluid posses the following characteristics:

  2.???? Long anti-rusting time. After treatment, anti-rusting time is as 2-3times as saponified oil.

  usage method:

  1:15 ratio, dilute it with water.

  Combination machine and processing center using: 1:10~1:12 diluted fluid.

  Grinders, lathes, milling machines, drilling using : 1:15 diluted fluid.

  Aluminum alloy processing using : 1:15~18 diluted fluid.

  The concentration can be adjusted according to processing requirements. During the using process, observe the concentration change regularly, add the cutting fluid and water.

  Applications:

  The cutting fluid is used in the process of black metal and Non-ferrous metal , For example, all kinds of Carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron and Aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, titanium alloy. It is used widely.
