  Physicals

  1.LDPE: Non-toxic and tasteless cylindrical pellets with shiny surface. Good extension and electric insulation. Crystallinity 55-65%, crystalline melting point 108-126^oC .

  2.HDPE: Non-toxic, tasteless and odorless white pellets, melting point 130^oC, relative density 0.941-0.965. Good heat resistance and freeze resistance.

  3. PPU: Non-toxic, tasteless and odorless white pellets, relative density 0.941-0.965.

  Application

  LDPE and HDPE: are mainly used for production of agriculture film , the hollow board,the calcium-plastic board.They also can be used in process of injection molding, extrusion, foaming, etc.Film is the main product of them, secondly are sheet and hollow container of coatings, bottles, pots, barrels. And other various products of injection molding and blow molding, pip products, insulation and sheath of wires and cables.

  PPU: can replace PVC. However, it is hard for PVC to follow the advantage of PPU. PPU is widely used in shoes, clothing, inflatable toys, sport equipments of water and underwater, medical devices, fitness equipments, auto seat materials, umbrellas, suitcases, bags , etc
