  PVLLubricantDLR-60isbasedonneutraldicarboxylicacidesterofsaturatedfattyalcohols.Itisawhiteorslightyellowdebrisorfree-flowingpowder,odourless.Itdosenotdissolveinwaterbutdissolveintributylphosphate(TBP)andtrichloromethane.Itsmeltingpointis42-48,flashpoint＞225℃,volatiles(96hour/90℃)＜1%。PVLLubricantDLR-74isbasedonhighmolecular,multi-functionalfattyacidesters(complexester).Itiswhiteorslightyellowdebrisfree-flowingpowder,odourless.Itdosenotdissolveinwaterbutdissolveintributylphosphate(TBP)and trichloromethane.Itsmeltingpointis48-56,flashpoint＞230℃,volatiles(96hour/90℃)＜1%。

  Application

  DLR-60isalubricantusedinrigidPVC,itishighlycompatibleall-roundlubricantalsosuitableforotheradditives.Itisapplicabletomanykindsofprocessingconditions.DRL-60canpromoteplasticizationofmelt,improveimpactstrengthandsurfacegloss.Itcanbewidelyusedintransparentsheets,windowprofiles,sheetsandpipes.Dosageisabout0.3-1.2PHR, underspecialcasestheamountcanbeincreased.DLR-74isexternallubricantforPVCprocessing.Itissuitableforprocessingrigid/softPVCgranules,sheets,profiles,shrinkfilmandcalenderedfilm.Itoffersimprovementofnon-tackiness,goodreleaseproperties,goodefficiencyasamouldreleasingagentwithpasteprocessingandalsoimprovedflowability.Itcanalsoreducebalancingtorqueandimprovesurfacegloss.Dosageisabout0.3-0.8PHR(transparent)or0.3-1.2(opaque),underspecialcasestheamountcanbeincreased.
