  High active paper dispersant is chemical synthetical high molecular polymer, easily dissolved in water to high viscosity liquid. Promote the paper fiber effective dispensation and paper shaping with low consumption. It is suitable for the making of bumf, napkin, Kleenex and other top grade tissue paper.

  2.Product characteristics

  1. The products have high viscosity, short dissolving time, low insolubility content, easy to be used and without foam.
  2. The products will raise output and machine speed with low consumption and energy cost.
  3. The products will promote fiber dispersion, especially long fiber, make paper thinner and evener.

  3.Instruction for use

  1.Mix the products into tank slowly and evenly, stir it for 1-2 hours at 40-60 rpm with water temperature below 50.
  2. Remove the sinks by Installing 60m mesh between dissolving tank and thinning tank.

  4.Attention

  1. During using, scatter effectively, avoid agglomerate and "Fish Eyes".
  2. Warm water will accelerate dissolving, but too high temperature will cause high molecular degradation, influence the viscosity. Commonly, no more than 50.
  3.Stirring will accelerate dissolving, but tough stirring will make the dispersant chain broken and degradation. Shipshape agitator will be the best choice.
  4. Solution should be used within 48 hours.
  5.Product package and attention

  1. 25 Kg paper plastic three-in-one compound woven bags, or according to users’ requirement.
  2. The product is moisture absorbent, thus to protect from damp and moist for conservation. It should be stored at a dry and ventilate storehouse, and not be exposed to air and sunshine.
  3. Its shelf life is 2 years.
