• Product description :

  The product is designed at molecular level, with acrylate monomer as main raw material, using semi continuous seed emulsion polymerization process to prepare core-shell polyacrylate emulsion, and take it as textile coating and printing binder. Its design of hard and soft shell structure can avoid defects of "hot sticky and cold brittle" which exists in polyacrylate binder. The crossing-linking three-dimensional structure intermolecular force, which coming from core-shell structure film 's formation, helps to achieve the film's good resilience. It overcomes the weakness of having free formaldehyde and organic solvent in the production process, by selection of acrylic series cross-linked monomer instead of the conventional cross-linking monomer N-methylol acrylamide cross-linking monomer. So it is environment-friendly product.
