Product description:
Sodium succinate(Anhydrous/Hexahydrate) is crystalline powder.Odourless, no acid, has special shellfish taste.Taste threshold of 0.03%.To 120 C when the loss of water of crystallization and anhydride.Soluble in water (35 g / 100 ml, 25 C), insoluble in ethanol.Stability in the air.
Application:1)Seasoning.Mainly used for the ham, sausage, aquatic products, flavoring liquid, etc., the general dosage is 0.01% ~ 0.05%.Used as a condiment, generally with powdered anhydride, to speed up the dissolved.
