red or dark red amorphous powder, insoluble in water, soluble in hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, slightly soluble in nitric acid. Release oxygen when burning, can be reduced to hydrogen and carbon monoxide, iron, color strength and opacity, no oil seepage and water permeability.
