Soluble in water, ethanol and methanol, slightly soluble in acetone and ethyl acetate, slightly soluble in ether. The relative density of 2.51. Melting point of about 100 ℃. For pigments, wood preservation industries, and used as a disinfectant, mordant, catalyst.
