Description
SZG Double Conical Revolving Vacuum Dryer is double conical rotating cylinder. Under the state of vacuum in the cylinder, pass oil or hot water into the jacket to heat. The heat will be connected with damp raw material through inner wall. The evaporated steam after the raw material absorbed heat will be exhausted through vacuum pump. Because the inner of cylinder is in vacuum state and the cylinder make raw material turn over from up to down and from inner to outer, the drying speed is fastened and the drying efficiency is raised, and the purpose of uniform dry can be reached, It is in conformity with the GMP requirement.
Features
1、 Due to the vacuum drying, the speed rate is higher under low temperature, it can triple the normal speed, so the energy saving and high heat efficiency can be achieved .This machine is most suitable for heat sensitive materials and materials that are easy to oxidize.

Because the materials are dried by mixing drying, the product can has very low water content (≤0.5%) and good uniformity. It can meet different materials’ requirements.
4、 The machine has a very compact structure, and it covers a small area. so it’s easy to achieve labor intensity-reducing and labor-saving due to the simple operation.
5、 Users can choose stepless regulating-speed(1-10r/m)or regulating- speed (6-10r/m)
