Properties：dipropylene glycol dibenzoate is haplotype and Strong solvent based plasticizer.have light ill-smelling.It can be compatible with lots of polymer,very faster dissolve vinyl resins. can reduce the melting temperature and reduce production time. This product is resistant to mineral oil extract and have high flash point no peculiar odour. no harm of touch, have a good compatibility with resins.It be made into film and PVC sheet have high tensile strength,good tear resistance performance, stain resistance, excellent gloss.It is resistant to hexane - hexene mineral oil extract better than others haplotype plasticizer.It can retain the foam structure of tiny when produce opening vinyl foam. Foam products very soft, pore uniformity similar to soft leather. It be made into vinyl flooring can not be infiltration and pollution by asphalt.
As increasing the aromatic nucleus content and the molecular volume increase then the molecular shape more and more like spherical, the viscosity is also increase of this compound and paste.Because of there have two benzene in molecular of DPGDB,but there have three benzene in molecular of tritoly phosphate,so their relative viscosity is higher than branched-chain lipid (DBP, DOP, DOA).
When produce plasticized paste,it usually mixed with organic silicon solution, heavy kerosene or lamp oil, stabilizer in order to prevent bubbles from the plasticized paste products Precipitation.
In cellulose, except for a slight difficulty compatibility with the compatibility,it can compatible in any ratio with most of the cellulose resin and it be widely use in cellulose plastic.Becasue of DPGDB have a strong dissolving power with PVC in high temperatures,so it can be made of vinyl formulations with high filler products.
