HT3121A/B is an EA-based two-component polyurethane adhesive in high temperature steaming grade, widely used in laminating of various treated film like BOPP, PET, NY, PE, CPP, AL, Paper, etc.
1. Typical features:
HT3121A/B is designed to laminate the film which package the contents required to be steamed at 121° C less than 30 minutes in the producing. HT3121A/B is used to produce the packaging film with structural plastic/plastic and Aluminum/plastic. It is especially suitable for structural Aluminum/plastic.
High original and final bonding strength, good peeling strength.
With a certain anti-medium and anti-corrosive effect, good working property.
Comply with US FDA 21CFR175.105.
2. Recommended Operating Conditions
Application Method: Direct gravure
Application Cylinder: 80-150 line (65-80 line per cm)
Application solids: 20-40% (Recommend 30%)
Pot Life: Static 8 hours approximately
Dynamic: 24 hours approximately
Dry Coating Weight: 4.0-5.5 GSM depending on structure
Drying Section Temperature: 55-65° C 65-75° C 75-85° C(three sections)
Laminating Temperature: 50-80° C
Cure Time: 72 hours (45-55° C)
Cleaning Solvent: Ethyl Acetate
3. Package
Pack in steel drum normally.
Main agent is 20kg/drum. Hardener is 2kg/drum.
4. Safety & Storage
Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from heat and ignition sources, keep container tightly closed.
