AG1070A/B is an alcohol-based two-component polyurethane adhesive with high-transparency performance, widely used in laminating of various treated film like BOPP, PET, PA, PE, CPP, etc.
1. Typical Features:
High initial bonding strength, with the excellent wettability,
Have the great bond strength performance, get the outstanding cost-efficiency with lower coating weight.
Available to operate in high-humidity circumstance. Very good performance in the garment and food packaging industry.
Suitable for middle and high-speed dry laminating machine.
The packaging films laminated by AG1070A/B offer the high transparency, especially suitable for products which have a high stipulation of transparency and showing effect
2. Recommended Operating Conditions
Application Method Direct gravure
Application Cylinder 100-200 line
Application solids 20-35% (Recommend 30%)
Pot Life Static 8 hours approximately
Dynamic 24 hours approximately
Dry Coating Weight 1.5-3.0 GSM depending on structure
Drying Section Temperature 55-65° C 65-75° C 75-85° C(three sections)
Laminating Temperature 50-80° C
Cure Time 12 hours (40-50° C)
Cleaning Solvent Ethanol
3. Package
Pack in steel drum normally.
Main agent is 18kg/drum. Hardener is 3kg/drum.
4. Safety & Storage
Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from heat and ignition sources, keep container tightly closed.
