Industrial use
(1) Adhesive (including pressure--sensitive adhesive)
Polyisobutene can be mixed with many substances of high molecular weight, such as: natural rubber, synthetic rubber, petroleum. It can also be used in automobile and other fields.
(2) Electronic insulation:
Polyisobutene has excellent water proof performance, high strength and good air permeability after blending with natural rubber and synthetic rubber. In addition, polyisobutene can be used in insulating tape, electric wire, telecommunication cable and other fields.
(3) Paraffin and its modified products ([Micro-crystalline wax)
Can add polyisobutene in petroleum wax to improve toughness and adhesion of wax.
(4) Waterproof material
This product has features as high tensile strength, high elasticity and large elongation, good water resistance and water resistance, etc.
(5) Viscosity index improver
It can increase viscosity or oils, improve viscosity-temperature characteristics.
(6) Seal gum
Polyisobutene has excellent weather resistance, ageing resistance and durability.
(7) Adhesive tape

(11) Surface finishing for printed matters
Surface finishing can increase glass, improve light resistance, heat resistance, water proof property, wear resistance of printed matters.
