SODIUM HEXA-META-PHOSPHATE FOOD GRADE
Used as improving agent in food industry, PH regulating agent, metal ion chelating agent, adhesive agent and expansion agent. When used in the canned bean, fruits and vegetables, it can make the mature colour stable and keep the colour and luster; when used in the meat food , it can hold the water and protect fat from putridity; when used in beer, it can clarify the liquid and prevent turbidness; and it can also emulsify the fat when used in the canned meat.
