Product Use
This product is suitable for the offset printer on tin plate.
Product Characteristics:
Vivid color,high color concentrate, excellent ink-water balance and Printability, excellent roasting drying quality and Excellent adhesiveness and thermal stability.
The product applies in the tin plate, which should be printed by the oil or white coating advance .
The color printing ink should be used in 155(-2 or +2) centigrade degree.The roasting temperature of white printing ink should be lower,the time is within 20 minutes.
The 5% white drying oil(xpp-404) should be added before using the printing ink,the white and black inks should be added more to assure the roasting drying well
The tack can be adjusted by XCT-0401 ink compound , the adjustment range should not more than 5%.The adjustment range should be not big ,otherwise printing trouble will be occured
The thickness can be adjusted by adding XCT-0400 color reducer.

Attention:
(1) Color ink must be printed in the pro-coated undercoated or white coating surface of the tinplate, otherwise it will affect adhesion.
(2) Adjusting drying quality with white drying oil ,should not add too much, otherwise it will cause printing trouble.
(3)Adjusting the gutinosity with matched ink compound, can’t use kerosene, petrol and organic solvents.
(4) The printing ink colors can be adjusted using the different color ink of the same type, but not other types so as the ink corruption and influence the using.
(5) White ink will appear less yellow in high-temperature baking, therefore the baking temperature should be lower or add little blue or red ink as the toner ,which will be helpful and should use as appropriate choice.
(6) Printing high-temperature sterilization products, the dark blue ink to choose XCT-0332A models, the use of black ink should choose XCT-0511A models.
(7) Please do not use magenta ink for high-temperature sterilization products.
(8) Coated Printing oil is to determine the iron good printing quality. So select and confirm the printing ink according to the characteristics of products, processing technology, quality standards and other requirements appropriately
