The Use of Products
The kind of printing inks is gravure press printing inks for printing various polyethylene-base matter. They are suitable to PO, PE, OPP, PET, NYL and aluminium flim-plating, aluminium foil, cellophane paper base matter. Also supply high temperature-resistant, smooth series for your choices.
Product Characteristics
●Strong anti-shaved by nail and suitable to print widely.
●Low smell and low solution-remaining.
●Excellent adhesive for PE, PP film treated.
●Very well mixing with common surface printing ink.
Range of Usage
●Print speed: 30-80m/60s.
●Print base-matter: hard PO and PE, PP, CPP low treated.
●The type of package: handle-bag, shopping-bags and PP bags of cards.
Instruction of Use:
●Rate of reducing solvent: toluene/isopropyl alcohol/ethylester = 70/20/10.
●The speed of drying can be reduced by xylene in place of methyl benzene.
●It maybe dissolved not very well once the content of methyl benzene is under 50%.
Special Notes
●Not let print surface touch package directly.
●Not suitable to multi-color latent web super imposition.
●The print matter maybe de-coloring once they are wide cleaned by paper.
●Not thinner by monomer solvent.
