4、CAS：Anhydrous :7757-93-9；Dihydrate :7789-77-7
5、Character: It is white monoclinic crystalline powder, odorless; soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and acetum, slightly soluble in water; insoluble in ethanol. Stabilizing in air. Relative density is 2.32.
6、Usage: In food industry, it is used as leavening agent, dough modifier, buffering agent, nutritional supplement, emulsifier, stabilizing agent.
7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8、Storage and Transportation ：It should be stored in a dry and ventilating warehouse; be cautious to keep away from moisture and hot.
