Application Process
1. Continuous dyeing (pad – steam )
Whitener usual dosage 1.0 ~ 2.0g/L
Hydrogen peroxide(35%) : 20 ~50g/L
Stabilizer: 5 ~10g/L
Scouring agent : 2 ~5g/L
NaOH(flake) : 10 ~20g/L
Pick up : 80%
Temperature : 100℃ ( saturated steam)
Time : 5min.
2. General dip dyeing
Whitener usual dosage: 0.1 ~ 2.0%(o.w.f) ,
Sodium sulfate (or NaCL) : 50g/L
Temperature : 40 ~ 100℃
Time: 20 ~ 40min.
Liquor ratio: 1:20 ~ 1:40
