Product description:
The plasticizing ability of DLC series is much stronger than the other PVC processing aids. It can be used in the recipes of some materials which is hard to be plasticized, such as calcium carbonate (high), large dosage of lubricants or other kinds of modifiers. It has been widely used in the production of big diameter bellows or some solid pipes.
Performance
1）Promotes faster fusion, increase melt strength, enhances extensibility and improves melt homogeneity of the compounds.
2）Increases the surface quality of PVC products. Offers excellent wall-thickness control and good thermoforming capabilities.
